If you’re having a problem with your battery we’ll investigate to get to the bottom of it. Sometimes it’s easy to assume that issues with your vehicle are down to a faulty battery, but it’s not always the case. As well as checking the battery itself, we’ll also look at the starter motor and the alternator, which is what keeps your battery charged as you drive. Sometimes the battery gets blamed when the alternator isn’t doing its job properly.
Once we’ve checked to see what the problem is we’ll let you know how we can solve it, whether that means a new battery or something else.
