Whether we’re in the middle of a heatwave or the depths of winter, good air conditioning can make driving a lot more pleasant. We offer air conditioning checks with a difference. If we find that your system is low on gas we won’t just top you up and send you on your way. We clean out the gas that’s left in your system and give it a good clean. Then we regas your air conditioning with gas that also contains a small amount of dye.
You might be wondering what the dye is for. Well, we believe in getting to the bottom of any issues that we find with your vehicle. If the gas in your air conditioning is low it could be a sign that your system is leaking. We’ll ask you to come back in around 3-5 days after a regas so we can check your system again. The dye will show us whether there are any leaks and we can advise you on repairs. We’ll also top your gas up again if it needs it, free of charge.
